Daniel Nester on the Outfield's "Your Love"

In “Your Love,” Spinks’ Zen koan-like lyrics evoke a minimalism that would make early Beatles or any-era Ramones read like Thomas Pynchon’s Gravity’s Rainbow with the verisimilitude of Theodore Dreiser.
